Ni sawa na wewe

Through the “Ni Sawa na Wewe” project, we visited children living in vulnerable environments to bring them joy, hope, and a sense of belonging. During the visit, we engaged them in various fun activities including games, songs, open conversations, and sharing small gifts—all aimed at restoring smiles on their faces and reminding them that they are loved and valued. Despite the challenges these children face daily, their happiness and bright smiles during our time together were a powerful reminder of the impact kindness and togetherness can create. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to support vulnerable children and build a community rooted in love, inclusion, and hope.

As part of our commitment to protecting the environment and inspiring future generations, we organized a tree planting initiative in schools. This activity brought students, teachers, and community members together to plant a variety of trees within the school compound, creating greener and healthier learning spaces. Beyond planting, we educated students on the importance of trees in combating climate change, improving air quality, and supporting biodiversity. By involving young learners directly, we aim to nurture a sense of responsibility and environmental stewardship that will grow with them. This initiative is a simple but powerful step toward a more sustainable future.

Youth leadership

As part of our efforts to create safer and more inclusive learning environments, we conducted Gender-Based Violence (GBV) awareness sessions in schools. These sessions aimed to educate students, teachers, and school communities about the different forms of GBV, how to identify them, and the importance of respect and equality. Through open discussions, interactive activities, and real-life examples, students were empowered to speak up, support one another, and foster a culture of zero tolerance for violence and discrimination. By integrating GBV education into schools, we are equipping young people with knowledge and values that promote safety, dignity, and mutual respect.
